Terms of use

Last updated 2026-08-18

Short version: read anything here, quote it with a link, and do not treat a guide as a guarantee about software somebody else controls. The rest is detail, including the terms for the one item sold from this site.

What this site is

Isokromexid publishes written guides about casual puzzle games. It is an independent commentary site produced by a player. It is not operated by, licensed by or connected to any game studio, and it is not a support channel for any game.

Accuracy

The guides are written from playing the games and are correct as far as I can establish on the date shown on each page. Developers update these games without notice, and a rule described here may change the week after it is published. Everything is therefore provided as is, without a warranty that it is complete or current.

What is sold, and what is not

  • One item is sold: a PDF handbook written by the publisher, described on the handbook page.
  • No in-game currency, lives, gold bars, boosters or accounts are traded here, in either direction.
  • No files, modified builds or private servers are hosted or linked from any page.
  • No competition, prize draw or giveaway is run from this site.
  • No advertising and no affiliate links appear anywhere on it.
  • No payment is processed on the site; there is no page here that accepts a card number.

If you find a site claiming to be Isokromexid and trading in any of the excluded items above, it is not this site.

Ordering the handbook

Who you are buying from. An individual, Liam Harrison of Auckland, selling occasionally rather than as a registered business. There is no NZBN and no GST registration, so no GST invoice is issued; a plain receipt is available on request. The price shown is the total, in New Zealand dollars.

How an order is made. Sending the form is a request, not a purchase, and charges you nothing. A contract exists only once I have confirmed the order by email and you have paid. Payment is by bank transfer arranged over email; no card details are entered on this site.

Delivery. The file is emailed within two business days of the payment clearing, to the address given on the form. If it has not arrived, write and it is resent at no cost.

Faults and refunds. If the file is not delivered, will not open, or is not what the handbook page describes, you may have it repaired, replaced or refunded, and the choice is yours. This sits alongside the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be contracted out of where you are buying as a consumer. Because the product is a digital file delivered on payment, there is no automatic change-of-mind right, but an order cancelled before the file is sent is cancelled in full with nothing charged.

Using the material

The text, the layout and the site's own graphics are the publisher's work. You may quote a reasonable extract for review, comment, teaching or news reporting if you name the source and link to the page. Republishing whole guides, or feeding them into a service that reproduces them, needs written permission first, which is usually given when asked.

Game names, logos and screenshots are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification and commentary. They are not licensed to you by this site.

Links to other sites

Links point at official store listings and occasionally at other publishers' pages. Those destinations are outside this site's control, and neither their content nor their availability is something this site can be responsible for. A link records relevance at the time it was added and nothing more.

Limits of responsibility

Use of this site is at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from acting on a guide, from a game behaving differently than described, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be limited.

Conduct

The forms are for messages about this site. Bulk mail, malicious content, link-buying approaches and advertising proposals are deleted without reply. Attempting to disrupt the site or its hosting is not acceptable and will be reported to the provider concerned.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. If the terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them, and continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
